Unlike most fragrance companies we are proud to offer a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept all returns for store credit and/or exchange on orders placed in the continental United States until you find a fragrance from our collection that is to your liking. We are unable to offer returns/exchanges on orders placed outside of the United States at this time due to international shipping regulations.
With NO exceptions, returns are refunded via STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of an Alloura E-Gift Card. Alloura does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sale Items are still applicable for Exchange/Return for Store Credit As a part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s). Fragrance(s) must contain at least 95% or more of original liquid and be in original packaging. Alloura is not liable for any return packages that may become lost, damaged, or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

An order can be cancelled within 60 minutes of it being placed. If you’re looking to cancel your order, and it was placed within the last 60 minutes, contact us through email and we will do our best to assist you. Unfortunately after 60 minutes after an order is placed we are unable to cancel it as it goes into processing at our warehouse.
Please note that all Alloura+ subscription payments are automatically converted into store credit, which never expires and can be used toward any future purchase. Because of this benefit, we do not offer refunds on Alloura+ subscriptions. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If your address is unrecognized by USPS and returned to our warehouse, we can only refund you product costs not shipping costs.
